5. How will my order ship?
Standard parcel shipments will be shipped using the FedEx service. For large or heavy shipments, we offer Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipping options right from our website. Please note that most carriers do not deliver on weekends or major holidays.
6. How can I check the status of my order?
The easiest way to check the status of your order is by logging in to your account and viewing your orders. You can also click on the "Order Status" link contained in the Order Receipt email we sent you after completing your order.
Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items you are ordering, and the destination. To get an estimate of your shipping costs, simply add the items you would like to your cart, then go to the shopping cart page and use the “shipping estimator” to see what the shipping costs will be.
Once you have selected your items, go to “Shopping Cart” and follow the “CHECKOUT” instructions. If you have any questions, or you want to order a quantity greater than that allowed on website, please contact us.
We allow pickup orders; however we require 24 hour notice and will provide an appointment time when you can pick up your order. Simple Walk-ins without prior appointment would not be allowed by the warehouse staff. Pickup appointments are normally arranged for the next business morning Tuesday through Friday. We do not allow pickups on Mondays, unless previous arrangements have been made. Our warehouse cannot accept payment of orders, so all pick-up orders must be paid for in advance. Please note that items cannot be added to an order, nor can an order be changed, during pickup.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email that will allow you to track your delivery.
Yes, at Tricor Braun Canada we do provide volume discounts. You will find them on the product pages. If you are ordering very large quantities whose discounts are not available on the item page, please contact us.
To cancel your order, please call our helpful packaging experts at 1-800-565-6786 between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday. Please note that once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

It is important to keep in mind that international shipping costs can be quite high. It can take us 24-48 hours to get a shipping cost on international orders. NOTE: You do have the option of using a Canadian based freight forwarding company if you have one; and shipment can be arranged to them via LTL shipment, FedEx Ground, or they can pick up your order from our warehouse. Please note that all arrangements with any freight forwarding company would be your responsibility, and we will not provide payment on your behalf to any freight company.
